These are the ground rules for using jscollins.co. By using the site, you're agreeing to them. They're short, I promise.

It's a personal site

This is where I share my work, my projects, and whatever I end up writing. It isn't a store, and nothing here is an offer to sell you anything.

The content

Unless I say otherwise, the writing, design, and images here are mine. You're welcome to link to anything and quote small bits with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or pass my work off as your own. Other people's names and trademarks belong to them.

Links to other sites

I link out when something is useful or when it's me somewhere else. A link isn't an endorsement, and I'm not responsible for what's on the other end.

No warranty

I try to keep things accurate and working, but the site is provided as is. I can't promise it's error-free, always up, or right for whatever you're using it for.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or from relying on something you read here. If something here causes you a problem, tell me and I'll do my best to fix it.

Client work

If you hire me through Websites by Jeremy, that work is covered by its own agreement, not by these terms.

Changes

I might update these terms now and then. When I do, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means you're okay with the new version.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Questions go to jeremy@jscollins.co.
